METHOD PIANO

Adjudicator:  Melissa Mostert

Melissa Mostert studied at the University of Calgary completing a Bachelor of Music with distinction and a Bachelor of Education.  She currently maintains a busy private practice and has been teaching privately and with studios for the past 15 years.  She has also enjoyed working with the Calgary Arts Academy and Research Center as a full-time classroom teacher and now on a more flexible basis as a substitute teacher and visiting artist.   

She has been involved in conducting, accompanying and singing in several secular and church choirs and has enjoyed participating in many Kiwanis Festivals as a teacher, adjudicator and performer.  Melissa is passionate about music and dedicated to effective education.
